Course Introduction

 

The aim and purpose of this course is to shape and mold the body, every muscle and body contour will be student specific. A healthy and ideal physique will be reached through the training of the instructor and the aid of exercise equipment. Blending in cinematic action training into the program will add to the student’s co-ordination and flexibility, bringing forth not only a great physique, but also adding a lively and agile body. The student will be able to learn the basics of cinematic action while shaping up to the ideal body.

 

For best results, the first training course is suggested to be completed in 3 months. Of course, as every student’s needs and requirements may be different, so the actual training course length may be adjusted or modified by the instructor based on each student’s progress.

Course Details

 

Initial 2 to 3 weeks (Observation and Preparation - Adapting Period)

1. Allowing the body’s muscles to adapt to the ways of training

2. Basic Cinematic Action Training

 

Adapting Period (Allowing the body to accommodate the training)

Allow the student to understand how to use the correct techniques to train the specific sets of muscles. The course will teach the proper methods to train while avoiding the wrong approach in training, thus cutting down on the chance of injuries through improper stretching and long term side effects due to incorrect training techniques.

 

Basic Cinematic Action Training

Toning muscles and lines use different training techniques. The course will teach the proper training methods to control muscle movement, thus resulting in shaping and molding the ideal body contour. The proper posture can enhance muscle development.

 

Week 4(Dedicated Training)

Dedicated to action training needed for cinematic work

Group Training Class

Training Course: 2-4 sessions a week/ 1.5 hours per session

Time: All schedules confirmed at least 1 week in advance

Basic Fee: $5000/ 10 sessions (Must be completed within 3 month)

Remarks: 2 – 3 persons joining in the same exact sessions will receive a 10% discount each on fee. 4 – 5 students will receive a 20% discount

Personal Training Class

Training Course: 2-4 sessions a week/ 1.5 hours per session

Time: All schedules confirmed at least 1 week in advance

Basic Fee: $9800/10 sessions (Must be completed within 2 month)

Little Stunts (6 to 12 years old)

Training Course: 2-4 sessions a week/ 1.5 hours per session
